Change can be one of the most impactful and frankly the cause of many headaches for a help/service desk. Come and hear our speaker, Daniel Cooper, discuss change in the Service Desk and ways to lessen the impact as well as mitigate the volume that is caused by change.  Door prizes will be awarded at the end of the meeting.

A little bit about Daniel.  Daniel joined Cherwell with a great deal of experience in the IT service management industry. Prior to Cherwell, Daniel spent a few years at ServiceNow. Throughout his career, Daniel has been a technology advocate and has helped organizations of all sizes align their organizational goals with technology to drive efficiency and cost savings. By having the right people, processes and tools in place, Daniel is a firm believer that any organization can transform their IT departments from a cost center to a true business partner. Daniel is ITIL certified, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas.
